home page of one kite flyer

Evolution

The past year has been a humdinger! Sold a house and moved to an apartment for a few months until we found another house. then bought one and moved for the second time in 4 months. Now it's time to get settled and get back to living again. I'm still finding kite stuff that's been packed away for several months and setting up the sewing room. I hope to have some new pictures and some new kites to add here soon. In the meantime, surf around the site and enjoy what's here. And keep coming back to see what's new.

As usual, most of my activities are focused on the W.A.C.K.O.S. web site (see the link below) but I will occasionally update this page with new kites that come out of my kite making room. So keep checking back.

If you're a kite enthusiast and live in the Charlotte, NC area, come up to Frank Liske Park in Cabarrus County on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month, generally around 12 noon. Look for the most up-to-date schedule on the WACKOS club page. There's usually a couple of us flying something.
